You will engage with customers by providing excellent service, educating them on product and store promotions, and supporting operational processes to bring the brand to life.

• Become a brand expert and provide a premium experience to every customer.
• Assist customers, locate merchandise efficiently, and answer questions quickly.
• Offer style and outfit suggestions using mannequins and displays.
• Promote loyalty programs and educate customers about them.
• Leverage omni‑channel offerings for a frictionless experience.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back‑of‑house processes as needed.
• Respond courteously to internal and external requests.
• Exchange and verify job‑related information to provide support.

• Good communicator with the ability to utilize technology effectively.
• Problem solver focusing on continuous improvement and learning.
• Handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information‑gathering skills to solve problems.
• Able to learn procedural knowledge through on‑the‑job training.
