Realty Project Coach

Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you will join our Realty Execution team for Walmart US and take ownership of delivering store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the United States. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards. You will partner with store team leads, supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.

Travel to projects across the US is required.

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Supervise hourly associates and develop their skills.
• Handle escalations and resolve concerns from store leadership, suppliers, and associates.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Minimize impact on store operations while maintaining project schedules.

Shift: Primarily overnight, averaging 10-12 hours per night.
Travel:
Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles. You will be away from home 80% of the time or for 17-21 days at a time, with mileage reimbursed and overnight stays paid.

Annual salary range: $60,000 – $110,000. Additional compensation includes performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and at least 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• OR 3 years of experience in any of the above areas.

• Master’s degree in business or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Project Management Institute Management Professional Certification (PMP).
