Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers work in all departments, selecting the right items for online customers and dispensing orders under a fast‑paced environment. The role requires shopping for customers, engaging with them during the dispensing process, and assisting in‑store customers when needed. It demands strong customer service skills, quick decision‑making, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers competitive base pay with performance‑based incentives. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, and specialty premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
