- Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser‑quality food products
- Packing ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays
- Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area
- Maintaining safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to management
- Maintaining the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area, including handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise appropriately, completing required audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation, and securing fragile and high‑shrinking merchandise
- Providing member service by acknowledging the member and identifying their needs, locating merchandise and assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products to members, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the company’s products and services
- Following company policies and procedures related to the freezer/cooler area, including complying with food handling policies, operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment, following cold chain procedures when stocking merchandise, cleaning the freezer/cooler/deli area, monitoring freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors, and reporting issues to management

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00, with the actual rate equal to or exceeding the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
Minimum Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successfully complete all required job training and assessments within a prescribed time period
- Experience in a retail or food service environment
- Previous stocking or customer‑service experience
