Overview

Graeter’s is looking to expand our team with people who share our passion as our DSD business grows. Graeter’s is a fourth-generation family-owned company committed to providing customers with the best service and products at local grocery locations.

Location:

Cable House – Cincinnati, OH 45206.

• Maintain the quality and integrity of Graeter’s ice cream in assigned grocery markets by acting as a sales ambassador, maintaining relationships with customers, and answering questions and concerns.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, represent Graeter’s in stores, and support merchandising activities such as stocking and organizing shelves at select locations.
• Collaborate with store personnel to ensure product availability and presentation that reflects Graeter’s standards.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Education/
  
  Experience:
  
  High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related merchandising experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Language:
  Ability to read product labels and safety rules; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to speak effectively to customers
• Math:
  Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, commissions, and percentages
• Reasoning:
  Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form
• Certificates and Licenses:
  Driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Physical Demands:
  Stand, walk, reach above the shoulder or below the waist with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch; frequently lift 40 pounds and occasionally push/pull carts up to 800 pounds
• Work Environment:
  May work up to 15 minutes at a time in walk-in freezers at temperatures as low as
  -20º F
