At Precision Pump & Valve Services, we’re looking for an Experienced Outside Sales Account Manager to take ownership of a high-opportunity territory serving industrial, utility, and municipal customers. This role is built for someone who moves fast, leads from the front, and relentlessly drives revenue growth through influence, strategy, and execution.

- Control the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through negotiation and close.
- Negotiate pricing, scope, and commercial terms to secure profitable, long-term agreements
. - Expand existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term service strategies
. - Track KPIs, manage pipeline activity, and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
- Represent Precision professionally in the field, at customer sites, and industry events.

- A proven outside sales professional with 5+ years of success in industrial, pump, valve, or technical services sales.
