Epcor Foundry is an IATF and ISO-certified aluminum casting foundry with more than three generations of experience serving U.S. manufacturers. We specialize in non-ferrous aluminum castings for automotive and industrial applications, delivering engineered solutions through advanced automation, specialized engineering, and consistent high-quality production.

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive strategic growth, expand market presence, and develop long-term customer relationships across the manufacturing sector.

Does This Describe You?
  • Strong ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop long-term sales strategies
  • A competitive sales professional with the grit and persistence to win new business in challenging industrial markets
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with target OEMs and industrial customers
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing products, processes, and industry trends to align technical solutions with customer needs
  • 5+ years of successful experience in manufacturing sales with a proven track record of revenue growth
  • Willingness to travel nationwide 25–35% of the time
What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow market share and expand key accounts
  • Identify and pursue new OEM and Tier 1 opportunities in automotive and industrial markets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with engineering, procurement, and leadership stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align customer requirements with casting and manufacturing capabilities
  • Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and drive growth initiatives aligned with company objectives
