Job Summary

The Account Coordinator proactively manages client accounts andbuilds client relationships. Asa primary day-to-day contact, youwork closely with Vya team members toensureclientneeds are fulfilled.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Manage and provide account management services to ensure the client'ssuccess with our existing marketing and campaign projects.
  • Buildand manageday-to-dayaccountrelationshipsto build trust and loyalty with clientstoincrease customer retention,growth,and spending.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
  • Provide demonstrationstoexisting clients to educate them onsystems and service offerings.
  • Create andfacilitatetrainingsforall levels of client hierarchy to increase understanding of system functionality and product availability.
  • Coordinates with internal teams (Production, Creative, Data, Tech) to deliver client work accurately and on time.
  • Owns execution details including schedules, timelines, documentation, and delivery accuracy.
  • Updates project management system tools to ensureaccurateproject tracking.
  • Ability toidentifykey trigger terms and signals thatindicateopportunities to introduceadditionalcapabilities or solution sand/or bring to Sales’ attention.
  • Monitor site support for clients tofacilitatethe useof systems and service offerings.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years equivalent customer service experience;required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel;required.
  • Demonstrated success at managing projects within client accounts;required.
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems and platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;required.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing,liberal arts,business; preferred.
  • Experience in software services supporting clients with marketing initiatives;a plus.
