Role Overview
As our Senior Account Manager, you’ll be the face of our brand to property and facility managers overseeing large-scale commercial and industrial properties. You’ll focus on acquiring new clients, estimating projects, and nurturing long-term relationships that drive revenue and margin growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across Ohio and neighboring states
- Leverage your existing book of business to open doors and build trust
- Present solutions tailored to property and facility managers’ needs
- Conduct site visits and scope assessments
- Prepare accurate, competitive estimates and proposals
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless handoff and execution
Maintain and grow existing accounts through proactive communication and upselling. Serve as a strategic partner to clients, anticipating needs and delivering value.
Performance & ReportingMeet or exceed KPIs: gross margin, total sales, and new client acquisition. Track pipeline activity and forecasting using CRM tools.
What We’re Looking For- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in commercial painting, construction, or facility services
- A strong book of business and industry relationships
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial drive
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills
- Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and site visits
