Marketing and Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated Marketing and Sales Associate to join our growing team in Cincinnati. This is a fully in‑person role focused on executing marketing campaigns and driving customer acquisition in retail and event‑based environments.

In this position, you’ll combine direct marketing strategies with consultative sales techniques to build brand awareness, generate new business, and expand existing customer relationships. You’ll receive hands‑on training in sales execution, marketing strategy, and client relations — with a structured path toward leadership and management opportunities.

• Execute in‑person marketing campaigns in retail and event settings to generate new customer acquisitions.
• Present the client’s products and services clearly and confidently to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions through consultative sales conversations.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross‑selling, and account expansion strategies.
• Track performance metrics and adjust marketing and sales approaches accordingly.
• Collaborate with leadership to consistently meet and exceed sales and marketing goals.
• Participate in ongoing professional development focused on leadership and team management.

• Must be 18 years or older at the time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
