All sales and technical support are provided directly from the manufacturing location, ensuring efficiency and expertise. The dedicated and knowledgeable staff handles every aspect, from assisting with product selection to order processing, production, and shipping, all from one centralized location.

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Inside Sales and Customer Service professional, based in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves managing customer inquiries, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities include providing technical support, quote generation, order processing, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires close coordination with the production team to meet client needs efficiently.

• Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and build client relationships
• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to handle inquiries and address concerns effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with architectural construction products or related industries is a plus
