Key Responsibilities:

Exciting Opportunity for Ambitious Professionals:

  • Take full ownership of the process, from initial contact to the design of custom floors, and beyond. You’ll have the opportunity to directly shape the customer experience and drive business growth through selling and creating tailored flooring solutions.
  • Utilize cutting-edge tools (tablet, laptop, software) to consistently achieve high performance and deliver results.
  • Be the go-to expert for all flooring-related service requests, providing exceptional service and becoming the trusted point of contact for your clients.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders—including the Office Manager and Production Manager—to optimize installation schedules and drive operational efficiency.
  • Build long-term customer relationships that not only ensure satisfaction but also create opportunities for repeat business and valuable referrals—further boosting your success.
  • Build and Foster Business to Business Relationships.

  • Preferred Experience: 1-3 years in sales or Home Improvement, with a passion for growth.

  • Reliable & Independent: You have a valid driver’s license, your own reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
