What

You’ll Do

As a Vacation Experience Advisor, you’re not fielding complaints or reading from scripts. You’re a trusted guide. Our clients call you because they’re ready to plan something they’ve been looking forward to, and your job is to make that experience feel effortless, personalized and genuinely enjoyable.

Your days will look like this:
  • Connecting with clients via phone to help them plan, book and make the most of their TAN vacations, bringing warmth, enthusiasm and expertise to every conversation.
  • Building real relationships. You’ll get to know our clients and their travel preferences over time, becoming someone they genuinely look forward to calling.
  • Guiding clients through their options and matching them to properties and experiences that fit what they’re looking for.
  • Managing reservations from initial booking through the details, keeping everything accurate and well-documented in our system.
  • Helping clients unlock the full value of their TAN benefits so they travel more, travel better and travel with confidence.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1-2 years in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail, inside sales, or similar environments are all great preparation).
  • A warm, engaging phone presence, you’re comfortable and natural in conversation.
  • Organized and detailed-oriented. You notice the small things and follow through.
  • Comfortable with web-based systems and basic Microsoft Office tools.
  • A genuine interest in travel is a plus, but enthusiasm and a positive attitude are non-negotiable.
