The Role
We’re seeking a Sales Rep focused on the Court Market to help expand Adventfs reach and impact within court systems nationwide. This role is ideal for a motivated, relationship‑driven professional who thrives on connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they are set up for success. You’ll play a key role in helping courts implement Advent eLearning courses effectively and ensure the best possible outcomes for the people they serve.
As the Court Sales Rep, you’ll prospect, qualify, and close new business. You'll manage your new business pipeline and transition new clients to their Account Manager.
What You’ll Do- Reach out to new and existing court customers identified through our CRM (Sales Force)
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with judges, probation officers, and court administrators
- Present, promote, and sell Advent eLearning programs to prospective court partners
- Track sales activity, manage tasks, and maintain accurate records within Sales Force
- Engage in regular professional development to continually improve your performance and product knowledge
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and professional presence when presenting to court officials
- Proven relationship management and customer service abilities
- Highly motivated and target‑driven with excellent organizational skills
- Understand CRM processes – Sales Force preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous learning
- Familiarity with or interest in the court system, public service, or justice‑related fields (preferred)
- Outbound Activity: 30+ calls per day with at least 4 quality connections
- Respond to all emails and inbound calls within 24 hours
- Complete all Salesforce tasks by their due date
- Consistently meet revenue targets through a consultative selling approach
This position is hybrid, with monthly trips to the Louisville, KY Office.
