Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and dynamic P&C Producer to join a growing team. Compensation Package

• $30k-$45k base + commission

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and generate relationships with prospective clients.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities.
• Quote and advise on appropriate insurance coverages for clients.
• Focus on personal lines initially, with the potential to expand into small commercial accounts.
• Collaborate with carriers such as Erie, Progressive, Travelers, Safeco, and Grange.
• Maintain a proactive and results-driven approach to sales.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations:
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; prior sales experience preferred.
• Experience:
  Previous retail or inside sales experience preferred. Captive insurance experience is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
  Familiarity with QQ Catalyst, Agency Zoom, and PL Rater is advantageous.
• Soft Skills:
  • Natural connector with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Coachable and open to feedback.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
