Sales Manager – Luxury Medical Spa
Contract: Independent Contractor (W9 / 1099)
Compensation: $3,000/month base + commission (biweekly payouts)
Schedule: Must include Sunday
What You’ll Do:- Advise clients on spa services and packages
- Upsell and cross-sell treatments and retail products
- Maintain accurate client records
- Assist team members with day-to-day operations
- 1+ year sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and client engagement skills
- Pleasing personality with a professional appearance
- Knowledge or interest in skincare preferred
- Base pay secured and commission uncapped
