• Follow-up on all leads. 5-10+ leads weekly during peak season, 3-5 leads weekly during non-peak season.
• Generate leads through cold-calling and follow up with prospects through our tools, technologies, and lists.
• Respond to all phone and email messages from other team members and/or customers in a timely manner.
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
• Prepare estimates based on current labor and material prices.
• Create and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
• Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients and sales representatives.
• Hit minimum weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales goals.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
• Previous roofing knowledge helpful, but not required
• Valid Driver’s License
• Own vehicle and ladder – MUST HAVE
• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Commission Sales – on average making $80k – $120k annually
