VP Treasury Management Sales Officer

Madisonville, OH, US. Regular Full‑time position.

Job PurposeDrive new business through the sale of treasury services, serving as a consultant and business partner to the Relationship Management team. Responsibilities include developing customized proposals, conducting cost/benefit analyses, building pricing scenarios, and identifying margin opportunities. Collaborate with the Commercial Client Advisors to deliver exceptional client service.
Job Duties- Develop and maintain profitable cash management relationships.
- Prospect, price, structure, and propose products to clients and prospects.
- Partner with Commercial Client Advisors to provide superior service.
- Conduct annual relationship reviews.
- Achieve individual sales goals for deposits and fee income.
- Assist in marketing plan development.
- Identify sales opportunities through consultative selling.
- Execute market, portfolio, and deposit strategies; cross‑sell other bank products.
- Maintain current industry and competitor knowledge.
- Build referral networks with industry contacts.
- Demonstrate treasury products to clients.
- Hold a minimum of one high‑visibility leadership role outside the company.
- Mentor colleagues in treasury management.
- Perform special projects as assigned.
Job Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with five years of proven sales experience.
- At least two years in treasury management, commercial or business banking sales.
- Advanced sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of bank products and continuous product development.
- AAP or CTP designation, or to be acquired within two years.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, professional grammar and demeanor.
- Ability to develop relationships with individuals at all levels.
- Strong organizational and detail orientation.
- Team player.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with five years of proven sales experience.
- At least two years in treasury management, commercial or business banking sales.
