Description of Duties
  • Maintain sales relationships and fill the sales funnel with new opportunities.
  • Complete discovery calls with leads to qualify work.
  • Provide any needed information for the Sales to Production Handoff.
  • Meet the Gross Profit (GP) Margin for the year by achieving the correct GP Margin on all sales.
  • Meet all sales goals - weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
  • Strive to meet all commission requirements on every sale.
  • Use company-provided estimate and proposal templates to share information with prospects.
  • Discuss opportunities for professional development.
  • Participate in Goal Setting and Review (GSR) Meetings and Annual Performance Reviews.
  • Ensure sales goals are met by executing tasks per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) demonstrated in reviews and ride-alongs.
  • Maintain an understanding of contract information
Skill Set & Experience
  • Education:

    Degree in business or communication / Negotiation with three years or more of sales experience, establishing relationships and working to provide solutions to clients.
  • Sales

    Skills:

    Proficiency in various sales techniques and understanding of the sales process are essential. Skilled in identifying prospects, presenting products or services, handling objections, and closing deals.
  • Product Knowledge:
    In-depth understanding of the company’s products or services including features, benefits, and how they meet the needs of different clients.

    Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial. Able to articulate the value proposition clearly and persuasively to customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding client needs, providing excellent service, and managing accounts effectively.
