- Maintain sales relationships and fill the sales funnel with new opportunities.
- Complete discovery calls with leads to qualify work.
- Provide any needed information for the Sales to Production Handoff.
- Meet the Gross Profit (GP) Margin for the year by achieving the correct GP Margin on all sales.
- Meet all sales goals - weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Strive to meet all commission requirements on every sale.
- Use company-provided estimate and proposal templates to share information with prospects.
- Discuss opportunities for professional development.
- Participate in Goal Setting and Review (GSR) Meetings and Annual Performance Reviews.
- Ensure sales goals are met by executing tasks per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) demonstrated in reviews and ride-alongs.
- Maintain an understanding of contract information
- Education:
Degree in business or communication / Negotiation with three years or more of sales experience, establishing relationships and working to provide solutions to clients. - Sales
Skills:
Proficiency in various sales techniques and understanding of the sales process are essential. Skilled in identifying prospects, presenting products or services, handling objections, and closing deals. - Product Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the company’s products or services including features, benefits, and how they meet the needs of different clients. - Communication
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial. Able to articulate the value proposition clearly and persuasively to customers. - Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding client needs, providing excellent service, and managing accounts effectively. - Negotiation
Skills:
Adept at negotiating terms and closing sales deals that benefit the client and the company. - Goal-Oriented Mindset:
