In this role, you will be an integral part of an expanding nationwide CNS sales team launching a new drug to the market. The Regional Sales Manager will be directly responsible to hire, train, develop and coach a successful sales team in the assigned region. You will:
Responsibilities- Lead, manage and develop the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in your region
- Lead with a strategic mindset developing business plans to successfully achieve sales results
- Identify opportunities in multiple local markets and successfully pull through marketing strategies
- Develop strategies to balance and strategically pull through portfolio selling successfully
- Monitor all field activities and lead with integrity to ensure compliance guidelines are met
- 10+ years life science sales
- 3+ years regional or district manager experience
- Product launch experience leading others in competitive markets
- Ability to travel as necessary, including overnights
- Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
- Psychiatry experience in the areas of ADHD and/or schizophrenia
- Entrepreneurial mindset and/or experience in start-up environments
- String track record of sales success
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $175,000 to $185,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
