We’re hiring for an entry-level Account Executive role at Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG). This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to break into sales or continue building an early sales career with uncapped earning potential, hands‑on training, and long‑term growth opportunities.

As an AE, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new clients, building relationships, and managing the full sales cycle within the facility management industry. This is a high‑activity, inside sales‑focused role that offers a great foundation for someone who is competitive, motivated, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
  • Heavy outbound cold calling and consistent client outreach
  • Running discovery calls and identifying customer needs
  • Building and maintaining long‑term client relationships
  • Preparing presentations, proposals, and sales solutions
  • Managing your own pipeline and book of business
  • Collaborating with operations and customer success teams to ensure strong service delivery
  • Maintaining activity and client updates within Salesforce

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A competitive and driven mindset
  • Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Confidence speaking with clients and decision‑makers
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment
  • 0–2 years of experience (sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or athletics backgrounds all translate well)
