Account Coordinator

Provide direct sales assistance to regional managers and sales managers for promotions, sales programs and account management. Coordinate pre-sales activities and sales projects to ensure on time delivery and installation of customer specific products as defined by Sales.
Primary internal sales point of contact. Prioritize requirements provided by customers and Sales. Coordinate timely deliverables of cross-functional departments to meet customer demand for RFQ, design layout, takeoff, quotes, etc. Quote specific programs and/or lighting projects. Maintain customer specific price quotes. Provide trade show product needs to marketing. Follow up on quotations with potential customers. Prepare and update project/program/account spreadsheets. Issue and receive installation purchase orders, work with installers to coordinate installation schedules and training requirements.
Work with Sales on defining and sourcing new product opportunities to support market expansion. Interact with customers to develop and approve technical, mechanical, and lighting design layouts. Conduct project drawing take-offs as required. Handling phone calls to provide trouble shooting and conflict resolution. Assist in forecast reporting with Sales, Marketing and Operations to assure proper inventory and project close-out. Other Duties as assigned.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
