Sales Associate

Position

Stretch Lab Anderson is seeking a high‑energy, sales‑motivated individual who is fitness‑minded and passionate about community and the brand. The Sales Representative will assist the General Manager with new membership sales, member retention, and marketing outreach.

• Assist the General Manager with the sales process including lead generation, follow‑up, and closing.
• Book and confirm appointment sessions.
• Manage the front desk by greeting and checking‑in clients and prospective clients.
• Conduct tours of the facility, building relationships and identifying clients’ needs.
• Maintain acceptable personal sales production.
• Emphasize and enforce club objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow‑up with leads and missed appointments.
• Participate in special events such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events to promote the club.
• Ensure studio is clean and tidy.
• Assist with marketing strategies including social media activity, images, pop‑ups, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal‑oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships for one‑on‑one and group assisted stretch and retail.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to eight hours throughout the workday.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
