In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Part Time)

Location:

Local. In‑home field role requiring daily travel to customer residences – not remote.

Compensation: $23.00/hr + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission.

Schedule:

5 evenings per week, 4:05pm to 9:00pm. May include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Flexible based on business needs.

Entry‑level, hands‑on sales professional needed to work during our busiest hours.

• Serve:
  Meet customers in‑home or at other locations, provide exceptional service, and meet sales targets.
• Solve:
  Diagnose and resolve customers’ tech issues, communicate solutions clearly, and ensure customers leave with a resolved problem and the right product.
• Sell:
  Identify customer needs through active listening, position Asurion products, negotiate, and close sales.
• Follow the Serve, Solve, Sell model during all interactions.
• Attend paid training and leverage ongoing coaching to grow sales and tech skills.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience and a satisfactory driving record.
• Proof of personal vehicle insurance; own vehicle (excluding motorcycles) capable of traveling up to 120 miles one‑way.
• Personal cellphone for on‑job communication.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented, and persuasive communication skills.
• Outgoing, open‑minded, and passionate about learning new skills.
• Comfortable working around household pets.

• Guaranteed hourly base rate, paid bi‑weekly.
• Uncapped commissions based on sales performance, paid bi‑weekly.
• Mileage reimbursement per IRS guidelines, paid weekly.
• Phone stipend of $35 per month.
• Three weeks of paid training.
• Early access to earned pay.
