Due to tremendous growth, Morgan Engineering is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team in the Cincinnati, OH area.

• Drive sales growth in respective geographic areas to meet your assigned financial objectives for Standard Cranes.
• Gather and submit detailed business information to provide sales, technical, product, and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
• Ensure pricing is within industry levels and are competitive.
• Perform joint or independent calls to end‑users to determine crane applications and installations. Including field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.
• Follow up on potential quotes, and projects and maintain all data in the CRM.
• Attend weekly sales/update meetings to review active projects.
• Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, and quotas.
• Participate in the development of sales and marketing strategies and long‑range planning.
• Continually appraise company products, policies, and procedures as opposed to competitor's line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.
• Recommend changes in pricing and product strategy as required.
• Appraise promptness in order processing, deliveries, technical services, parts, warranty, and other customer services.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.

• Four (4) year degree preferred.
• Background in sales, 3 years or more preferred.
• Prior experience with industrial equipment‑related sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with the overhead crane industry a plus.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles Good verbal, written, and computer skills are required Willing and able to work off the ground.
• Must be willing to travel.
