Sales Associate
Location: 3831 Edwards Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45209
Position Summary
The Sales Associate (SA) at Orange theory Fitness is responsible for driving membership sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming, high-energy studio environment. This role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, motivated, and passionate about fitness and community.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new membership sales through leads, referrals, and in-studio interactions
- Conduct studio tours and effectively communicate the Orange theory workout and value
- Follow up with prospects via calls, texts, and emails to convert leads into members
- Build and maintain relationships with current members to drive retention and referrals
- Assist with daily studio operations including check-in, class scheduling, and retail sales
- Maintain accurate member accounts and notes in the CRM system
- Support studio events, promotions, and community outreach efforts
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and welcoming
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High energy, positive attitude, and passion for fitness
- Comfortable with outreach (calls/texts) and closing sales
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries
- Familiarity with CRM or membership-based sales
- Goal-driven and competitive mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
