About the PositionIf you have 1–2 years of outbound sales experience and want to break into software account management, this 6‑month Software Acceleration Program is designed to prepare and evaluate high‑potential talent for placement into our Software Account Representative (SAR) or Senior SAR roles.
This is a program role with full benefits and a clear outcome at the end of six months:
- Top performers will advance directly into a Software Account Representative (SAR) role.
- Exceptional performers may be considered for Senior Software Account Representative (Sr SAR) placement.
- Those who do not meet performance expectations may conclude participation at the end of the program.
In this role, you’ll work in a high‑energy, outbound sales environment designed to sharpen your existing outbound selling skills while accelerating your ability to advance deals, influence buying decisions, and drive SaaS revenue.
- Drive outbound outreach and actively create qualified sales opportunities.
- Deliver compelling, value‑driven messaging to SMB and mid‑market prospects.
- Execute structured call, email, and Linked In engagement strategies.
- Partner closely with SAM leaders and sales partners to refine conversion tactics.
- Strengthen your SaaS sales acumen through ongoing coaching, training, and hands‑on platform experience.
- Demonstrate consistent performance within a structured evaluation framework.
You’ll gain exposure to real selling, not just booking meetings—setting you up for success as you transition into the SAM family.
Who Thrives Here- 1–2 years of outbound sales experience (SaaS preferred but not required).
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Confidence engaging with decision makers across phone, email, and social channels.
- Ability to manage high volume, handle objections, and build pipeline.
- Desire to strengthen full‑cycle SaaS sales skills in a closing role.
- Comfort working within structured goals, metrics, and performance expectations.
- A growth mindset and strong coachability.
- Ability to travel less than 5% of the time (should live local to the city on the job posting).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must successfully complete pre‑employment screening process, as required.
- Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
- A 6‑month accelerated program focused on outbound software selling.

The estimated on‑target earnings (OTE) for this role, which includes hourly rate and incentives, is $79,200 per year
, with the potential to earn more in most U.S. locations. Final offer amounts are determined based on the candidate’s location and may vary from the figure listed above.
