Position: Outside Sales- $170,000-200,000

Rapid Fire Home Buyers is a growing real estate investment company looking for a high-performing Home Buying Specialist to join its elite acquisitions team in Cincinnati, OH.

What You'll Do
  • Close deals daily by negotiating purchase contracts with motivated sellers
  • Run in-person seller appointments and property walk-throughs with confidence
  • Build trust quickly and present compelling win-win solutions
  • Manage high outbound activity (100+ calls/day) to generate your own pipeline
  • Convert inbound leads into appointments — and appointments into contracts
  • Network with homeowners, investors, and industry pros to expand your reach
  • Take charge of your territory with field marketing and relationship building
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and recommend profitable deals
  • Report your wins, progress, and KPIs to leadership
  • Consistently exceed quotas and celebrate big wins with your team
