Job Description

We are looking for a strong leader and someone who can work with little or no supervision. Here at ETI, we pride ourselves on our customer experience. We need someone who excels at in-depth understanding of customer needs and can offer solutions, and someone who brings with them a can‑do attitude. Through knowledge of customers, markets, capabilities, and suppliers be an expert in the territory so that the business is positioned for future growth.

Work closely with all facets of the organization; communicating key information and business trends as well as be an integral part of customer decisions. Effectively manage the territory and consistently provide superior customer service. Some of the duties will include but are not limited to direct customer experience, sales, and estimating. Secure additional business and grow the existing territory. Maintain and grow existing major accounts.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of outside sales experience preferred.
  • Computer literate and is familiar with CRM software.
  • Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • A self-driven approach to your sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
  • Looking for a motivated individual to help grow our team and business further, with an emphasis on quality, speed, and proficiency.
