We are hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative to advise clients on their property and casualty insurance needs while delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience. The main responsibilities of this role will be primarily servicing existing accounts, while achieving cross‑selling objectives and goals. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and values education‑driven sales.

• First‑year earnings range from $45,000 to $60,000

• An active property and casualty license preferred, with licensing assistance available for the right candidate
• Proven success in insurance sales or customer service
• Prior Allstate experience is a plus
