Lend Sure Mortgage, a National leader in Wholesale Non-QM Mortgages is hiring Inside Sales Account Executives for our Blue Ash, OH Production Office.
Lend Sure specializes in Non-QM mortgage solutions, and we are seeking consultative and service oriented Account Executives that possess a high work ethic and are very coachable. No mortgage experience is required, but a background in sales is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have mortgage experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make out-going calls to our Mortgage Broker client base to promote Lend Sure's NON
-QM loan products.
The Inside Sales Account Executive is responsible for marketing Lend Sure loan products to prospective brokers/bankers through calling leads and telemarketing channels. In addition, the Inside AE manages established broker relations including broker approvals, education, customer service regarding process, product, and technology.
Responsibilities:Your duties shall be to call on and partner with, on a wholesale basis, mortgage brokers and mortgage bankers to offer Lend Sure's loan programs for borrower's not meeting agency and conventional loan qualifications.
Duties:- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with mortgage brokers and other mortgage loan originators, including 50-75 phone calls per day, email campaigns, and marketing campaigns.
- Learning full product guidelines and learning how to offer these products and position the full product menu to our mortgage brokers and mortgage bankers.
- Determining the viability of loans proposed by mortgage loan originators.
- Assisting mortgage loan originators with loan submission.
- Following up on outstanding loan closing conditions.
- Making sure loans move promptly to closing

- Not afraid to hit the phones 50-75 outbound calls per day
- Self-confidence to present our programs to a room of people
- Mortgage experience preferred
- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
