Job Description

What You’ll Own- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and CRM tools (Salesforce, Five9).
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations virtually.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow‑up support.
- 2+ years of experience in an Inside Sales function or in a direct selling role.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Customer Engagement tools).
- Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

- Background in SAAS or payments is a plus.
- Proficient in Salesforce as a CRM is a bonus.

CompensationWorldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full‑time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $20.14-$29.95. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training.
