Sales Representative

A rapidly growing, locally owned home builder is seeking a motivated New Home Sales Consultant to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys helping buyers through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

• Welcome walk-in visitors, follow up on online leads, and build strong buyer relationships
• Guide customers through homesite selection, floorplan options, pricing, and the full sales process
• Conduct model home tours and maintain a polished, show-ready environment
• Manage leads and customer communication through CRM and sales tools
• Partner with construction, marketing, and design teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Participate in sales meetings, community events, and realtor outreach efforts

• 2+ years of sales experience in new home sales, residential real estate, or a related industry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with excellent organization and follow-through
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend availability required
