Neurology District Sales Manager - Mid-Atlantic District

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry; 4 years of Sales Management preferred.
• Specialty experience preferred: CNS, neurology, pain management (other specialty experience considered). Experience selling in the MS market desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and develop high-performing team of specialty sales representatives.
• Documented high performance of sales and leadership track record.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; ability to operate a motor vehicle for local/regional and occasional overnight travel.
• Ability to secure and maintain industry-standard credentialing requirements for healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills; strong analytical and business acumen.
• Must reside near a major airport within the district.
• Ability to maintain effectiveness and flexibility in an innovative work environment; experience in small company/start-up environments.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

• Technical aptitude: proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
