Position SummaryThe Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will oversee business development and sales across the territory, focusing on independent automotive dealerships. This is a high‑impact role responsible for identifying opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and partnering with clients to implement best‑in‑class technology solutions. This position is ideal for a results‑oriented sales professional who enjoys autonomy, values consultative selling, and thrives in a growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy focused on independent dealerships.
- Generate leads, conduct prospecting outreach, and manage opportunities through to close.
- Present and demonstrate software solutions that solve compliance and operational challenges.
- Build lasting relationships with executive‑level decision makers.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and performance tracking within CRM systems.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals aligned with company growth objectives.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS, software, or automotive technology sales, selling directly to dealerships.
- Strong ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage a full sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and comfort with remote collaboration tools.
- Background in automotive dealership sales or DMV‑related software solutions.
- Understanding of Title & Registration technology.
- $80,000–$115,000 base salary + commission (first‑year OTE around $150,000+).
