THE WORK
Become a vital part of the premier sales force for the Connected Solution Business Group, bringing its market-leading Fulfillment Solutions to Mid‑Market / SMB clients. In this role you are a strategic opportunity scout, the first point of contact, and a strategic advisor guiding clients through their transformation journey.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Identify opportunities for growth using inbound leads, market insights, and strategic outreach.
- Build relationships with key leaders and influencers to uncover core business needs.
- Prioritize leads to focus on the most promising opportunities and ensure maximum value delivery.
- Educate potential clients on the value of partnering with Connected Solutions Business Group and illustrate future possibilities.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, collaborating with Sales Executives and Engineers for a seamless client experience.
- Travel as required: the amount of travel will vary from 0% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
- Collaborate with a diverse, vibrant global community and push the boundaries of business capabilities.
- Accelerate your expertise in Manhattan Supply Chain solutions.
- Work on meaningful and innovative projects for mid‑market clients powered by the latest technologies such as Gen AI and Agentic capabilities.
- Ongoing learning and growth support, including tech stack development and certifications.
- Clear career pathway toward senior sales, strategy, or leadership roles within a high‑growth business group.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B inside sales, lead generation, or sales development experience, preferably in technology solutions or cloud services.
- Minimum 5 years selling Manhattan Fulfillment (WMS, OMS, Planning) solutions or related services, with a strong passion for technology.
- Minimum 3 years managing high volume of leads and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience of at least 12 years; Associate’s degree requires 6 years).

Technical background or aptitude for understanding cloud technologies (e.g., SaaS, Manhattan Associates solutions, Data Integration, AI, Fulfillment KPIs). - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for engaging potential clients and articulating a value proposition.

Compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, long‑term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan, bonus opportunities, paid holidays, and paid time off.
Annual salary range (example for California): $87,400 to $140,400.
