Overview

Job Purpose: Drive Sales of Magswitch automation products through Major Account relationships and solutions-based sales strategies.

Location:

Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of Magswitch Automation products through forming high level relationships.
  • Identify, contact, and build rapport with major new customer targets by leveraging existing networks and referrals.
  • Responsible for growing sales in the geographic territory.
  • Identify multiple opportunities and solutions when visiting customer facilities, generating repeat business.
  • Use Salesforce Einstein to track and evaluate sales and generate management sales reports.
  • Embrace and leverage the use of AI to facilitate the sales process and generate sales leads.
  • Inform operations of inventory requirements based on active sales opportunities and probabilities.
  • Analyze sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
  • Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
  • Analyze industry trends to identify solution gaps and improve product lines.
  • Travel up to 60% (predominantly within a 3-hour drive).
Qualifications
  • Ability to quickly absorb and understand technical information relating to industrial automation and magnetic technology.
  • Ability and confidence in selling solutions and value to the customer.
  • Proven account management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM and ERP software (Salesforce and Netsuite preferred).
  • Embraces the use of AI to increase knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • Exceptional presentation and oratory skills.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of experience preferred.
