. We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Cincinnati team.

At CES, our Sales Representatives are supported by exceptional leadership, strong training, and a collaborative culture focused on long-term success.

• Base salary: $50,000 per year
• Uncapped residual commission
• Six-figure earning potential within two years
• No sales quota during your first quarter

• Conduct inside and outside sales activities
• Set appointments via phone and meet with prospects in person
• Build relationships with small and midsize business owners
• Present CES solutions related to HR, payroll, benefits, and risk management
• Maintain accurate sales activity records
• Participate in ongoing sales training and development

• No door-to-door sales
• Ongoing professional sales training
• Technology, CRM, and continuously updated prospect data
• Supportive management and team environment

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred (B2B a plus)
• Can sell yourself to clients and leadership
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work full-time in person at our Cincinnati office
