- Achieve territory sales objectives through building new business from a small market share position.
- Identify, engage and build relationships with key decision makers in acute care customers for Coloplast's Advanced Wound Dressings products.
- Conduct product in‑services, driving market share and sales growth.
- Create and execute account‑level strategies, analyze customer data, and position the value proposition beyond price.
- Communicate product and clinical knowledge, translating complex information into clear solutions for clinicians and patients.
- Build consensus with multiple stakeholders within accounts.
- Use visual platforms such as PowerPoint and Show Pad to influence decisions.
- Plan daily call routines to ensure coverage of key accounts, including travel up to 10–25% with overnight stays.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, perform sales reporting, expense management, and administrative duties.

- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred with 3+ years of sales experience, OR 2‑year associate degree with 5+ years of sales experience, OR 7+ years of sales experience.
- Successful track record in B2B sales, preferably medical device sales into acute care.
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience; medical field strongly preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight stays up to 10–25%.
- Valid driver’s license.
