We are currently seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our growing team as a Sales Assistant in Cincinnati. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy working directly with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are eager to develop valuable experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
In this role, you will represent client brands at promotional campaigns, live events, and community activations throughout the Greater Cincinnati area.
Key Responsibilities- Represent client brands professionally at promotional events and marketing campaigns
- Engage with customers to provide product and service information
- Generate customer interest, drive sales, and support lead generation efforts
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown as needed
- Track individual performance and contribute to team sales goals
- Collaborate with team leaders to improve customer engagement and sales strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in customer-facing environments
- Goal-oriented with a motivated and professional attitude
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team setting
- Flexible availability for occasional evenings or weekends based on event schedules
