Position Summary

The Product Manager, Ultrasound Portfolio is responsible for the success of our ultrasound product lines by developing and executing targeted marketing strategies that maximize sales, profitability, and procedure adoption. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and is part of the Americas Commercial Marketing Team, located onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies for the ultrasound portfolio, including biopsy products and markers, focusing on market penetration, revenue growth, positioning, sales force engagement, pricing, and promotion.
  • Partner with Sales, Professional Education, Clinical, Marketing Communications, and other departments to identify and address field challenges or opportunities, ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and sales execution.
  • Develop targeted sales campaigns and initiatives to support regional and national sales goals.
  • Oversee the effective launch of new products, including leading the Controlled Market Release process and ensuring all marketing and sales tools are prepared and deployed.
  • Represent the North America region in new product development discussions, providing input and forecasts based on market needs and customer feedback.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, medical device sales, medical device or pharmaceutical marketing, or a related role.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in product management with a focus on downstream marketing activities.
  • Background in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals is preferred.
  • MBA is preferred.
Travel &

Physical Requirements

Up to 30% travel, including domestic and international assignments (typically 1–7 days with overnight stays). Requirements include walking, sitting, standing, and handling objects. Travel by car and air is necessary, with potential long wait times. Predominantly office‑based work with a quiet to moderate noise level.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $120,000 – $135,000. The role is eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Comprehensive benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
