Inside Sales Associate

Cincinnati, OH – 4325 Mulhauser Road, Suite 1, Fairfield, Ohio – 45014

$19.00 – $22.00 per hour, plus up to $2,500 in performance bonuses.

Monday–Friday 7:00am–5:00pm and a rotating Saturday morning shift.

• Establish relationships with customers via walk‑in and phone interactions, representing the company professionally.
• Process, pull, and distribute customer products quickly and efficiently.
• Handle questions and complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Accurately enter sales orders to generate invoices for pickup or delivery.
• Secure payment of invoices, obtain credit authorization as per company policy.
• Evaluate and determine disposition of warranty items according to manufacturer policy and customer needs.
• Estimate delivery dates based on vendor production and delivery schedules.
• Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year related inside sales experience preferred.
• Ability to move 100 pounds with a dolly.
• Strong counter presence and ability to serve customers directly for a large portion of the day.
• Strong customer‑service attitude.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment managing inventory, product allocations, and customer issues.
• Familiarity with pool supplies, parts, chemicals or pool construction is helpful.
• 18 years of age or older.
