• Drive studio growth as the heartbeat of front-end success.
• Grow member base, develop sales team, and drive revenue.
• Lead studio sales efforts: engage with potential members, provide high-energy studio tours, and convert interest into long-term memberships.
• Create a welcoming, positive first impression that reflects the Orange theory brand.
• Drive B2B outreach and local partnerships: proactively network within the community, cultivate partnerships, and identify local events, promotions, and outreach opportunities.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team: serve as a role model, support onboarding and training of new Sales Associates to hit goals and deliver top-tier service.
• Operations & revenue management: manage studio inventory, revenue tracking, and operational tasks; assist the Studio Manager in executing daily business functions with precision and excellence.
• Represent the Orange theory brand and share the science of the workout with enthusiasm.

• 1–2 years of sales or fitness industry experience (fitness sales is a huge plus).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Passion for health, fitness, and the Orange theory brand.
• A self-starter with a growth mindset and team-first attitude.
