Trane is looking for a dynamic and compassionate Systems Sales Manager, committed to delivering business results and continually fostering employee engagement. You will manage the Equipment P&L for the Cincinnati, OH Sales Office location, serve as the Sales Manager for the Systems sales stream, and provide leadership for Operations through a matrix management organizational structure.
What You Will Do- Manage the annual and long-term development and delivery of financial results for the Sales Office, achieving objectives related to profit, volume, margins, business mix, and share for all business streams.
- Lead functions including customer and district sales management, new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction measurement, price management, marketing, account penetration, market penetration, customer retention, hiring and onboarding of sales associates, skills assessment, training, quota setting, sales forecasting, and consistent use of Trane sales tools and systems.
- Assemble account teams and collaborate with Account Managers across diverse business development requirements, sales cycles, and product portfolios.
- Ensure sales office compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational integrity.
- Support human capital strategies such as employee engagement, recruitment, retention, and diversity and inclusion.
- 8+ years of experience in commercial or industrial sales.
- Experience and proven track record of guiding and successfully leading projects to completion.
- Valid Driver’s License in the state for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years.
