Merchant Brand Ambassador

Overview

Job Type: Regular work.

Market - AMRET - OH - Cincinnati 142.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday. Pay: $21 per hour plus a 10% monthly bonus opportunity.

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in‑store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.

Day‑to‑day field‑based position with daily travel within your assigned territory. Approximately 22–35 retail visits per day, depending on geography and scheduling. Mix of in‑store engagement, driving, and administrative follow‑up. Independent work style with strong support from leadership and training teams.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a field‑based environment.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage a daily route.
• Adaptable, professional, and customer‑focused.
• Prior retail, sales, field marketing, or customer‑facing experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
