Systems Account Manager

Trane Technologies is hiring a Systems Account Manager in Cincinnati, OH. This role focuses on developing long‑term customer relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, and building owners to provide comprehensive HVAC solutions that deliver energy efficiency and sustainability.

• Lead project take‑off, selection, proposal pricing, and sales strategy, integrating equipment, controls, and services.
• Provide technical consultation on HVAC system solutions, including financial and performance considerations.
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities, assembling and coordinating acquisition teams as required.
• Convert leads into opportunities, assign the appropriate sales process, and communicate next steps to the team.
• Develop and execute account‑specific business plans to build long‑term, profitable partnerships.
• Address technical questions on HVAC systems, Trane products, and industry issues.
• Plan your schedule, visit customers, and maintain strong client relationships.

• 4+ years of sales experience or a Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS). Candidates without a degree are encouraged to apply.
• 2+ years of solution‑sales experience.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, entrepreneurial drive, closing ability, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, free of major violations such as DUI, hit & run, or license suspension.
