Sales Representative, Heavy Construction Equipment
Earnings: $150,000 to $200,000 realistic OTE
Base: $30,000 to $40,0000. Flexible structure, to be discussed depending on level of experience.

You are already selling heavy equipment, construction equipment, or capital equipment into contractors, sitework firms, road building, aggregates, utilities, or similar markets.
You know how to manage a territory, build relationships, chase new business, and turn product knowledge into profitable sales.
This is not a desk job. It is a field sales role for someone who wants autonomy, earning potential, and a genuine territory to build.
The Role
You will take responsibility for an established heavy equipment sales territory in the Cincinnati/ Southwest Ohio market.
The role is focused on securing profitable equipment business through prospecting, territory coverage, customer meetings, product presentations, account management, and follow-up on leads.
You will sell a strong heavy equipment product line, with a major focus on Volvo, while also representing wider equipment available across the business.
You will work closely with local leadership, product support, credit, and operations to make sure customers are properly supported from first conversation through delivery and aftersales.

What We Need
- Minimum 5 years of successful equipment sales experience
- Heavy equipment, construction equipment, compact equipment, rental, product support sales, or closely related capital equipment background
- Strong territory management and prospecting ability
- Existing contractor or construction customer relationships in Cincinnati / Southwest Ohio would be highly valuable
- Commercially confident and comfortable with a commission-led structure
- Able to work independently, manage your week, and stay active in the field
- Strong communication skills and enough product knowledge to advise customers properly
