We are a growing provider of commercial irrigation and outdoor infrastructure solutions serving property managers, commercial real estate owners, HOAs, municipalities, and multi‑site organizations. Our team helps customers improve water efficiency, maintain healthy landscapes, and protect valuable outdoor assets through customized irrigation programs and services.
We are seeking an Account Executive to drive new business development and grow existing customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on irrigation experience who wants to transition into sales, or an individual with experience selling commercial irrigation, landscaping, water management, or related services.
What You’ll Do- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, and landscape decision‑makers.
- Identify opportunities for irrigation system installations, upgrades, repairs, audits, and water conservation programs.
- Conduct customer consultations to understand site needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Generate proposals, pricing, and service recommendations for prospective clients.
- Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline information within CRM software.
- Partner with operations and service teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Grow existing accounts by identifying additional service opportunities and long‑term partnerships.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals and performance expectations.
- Stay informed on irrigation technologies, water management best practices, and industry trends.
- 2+ years of experience in commercial irrigation, landscaping, water management, or related industries.
- Previous experience as an irrigation technician, irrigation manager, estimator, account manager, landscape operations professional, or irrigation sales representative is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to discuss irrigation systems, controllers, repairs, upgrades, and water conservation solutions with customers.
- Experience prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
- Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and customer relationships simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM software is preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow‑up skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed.
