Job Summary
We are hiring Sales Support Representatives to support customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. The role is Monday–Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm.
Responsibilities- Work with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
- Ensure delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
- Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
- Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
- Effectively use the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
- 0–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or similar trades is a plus.
- Prior experience with Salesforce and Genesis phone systems preferred.
- Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
- Highly motivated, customer‑service oriented, and able to build relationships.
- General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
- Pre‑employment drug and background screening required.
Pay ranges from $18.71 to $29.92 per hour, with potential bonuses or incentive plans.
