ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts.
In this role you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities, drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management initiatives for businesses with 150-999 employees, manage complete sales cycles, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline.

- Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans. Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision‑makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
- Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family. Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
- Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
- Proven Winner – a strong track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.

- Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
- Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.
- Military experience – teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a “never lose” mentality help build client relationships and achieve success.
- Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.

- Base salary: $63,800.00 – $ / Year, with additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
